So why Chollie is a much easier question to ask then the former so I will answer that one first, quite simply it is like every other couple name mashup but it was given to us by our first couple friend, Guillaume and I thought he deserved a shout-out because he is likely one of the few people that may be sent a link to this blog one day.

So who are we, well I can answer from my point of view as this is Charlie, Hi. I am from the UK, specifically a small village in the countryside about an hour north of London. My key interests would be talking to people I cherish, analysing human behavior and trying to think of ways to save the world as an individual or as an anarcho-capitalist commune. As you may have gathered I have fallen for a girl called Holly who is the main focus of this blog and life from my point of view. There are a few issue with loving someone who lives in a different continent, distance is the obvious one but more than that it is visas and knowing where to live that are the real barrier-to-entry and stability but all of this is worth it for the right person.
